LUFT ART GALLERY

The work develops at the intersection of painting and sculpture. Acrylic, pigments, clay and resin are applied in successive layers, building surfaces where matter moves beyond support to become form. Inspired by the organic lines and luminous atmosphere of the Algarve coast, the compositions explore the space between figuration and abstraction. Portraiture emerges as a quiet presence, while the surface becomes a field of relief, tension and movement. The practice extends from sculptural paintings to contemporary portraits and commissioned portrait works. Some pieces also give rise to limited editions and museum-quality fine art prints, conceived for private collections as well as architectural and interior projects. More than an image, each work asserts itself as a material presence, an object designed to engage with space and transform the way it is experienced. Works conceived to exist between art and architecture.
