• —All artworks displayed on this website are offered subject to availability.
• —Prices are listed in Euros (€).
• —Shipping costs are not included unless explicitly stated.
• —If operating under VAT exemption (Article 53 of the Portuguese VAT Code), invoices will indicate VAT exemption accordingly.
• —Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
• —For commissioned works, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins.
• —The artist reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of error, pricing inaccuracies, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

• —Original artworks are final sale unless damaged in transit.
• —Limited edition prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
• —Commissioned artworks are custom-made and are not eligible for cancellation or refund once production has begun.
• —EU consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days for non-custom products, in accordance with EU consumer law.

5. Intellectual Property

• —The purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright.
• —All intellectual property rights, including reproduction and commercial use, remain exclusively with the artist.
• —No artwork may be reproduced or commercially exploited without prior written consent.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

• —Personal data collected (such as name, email, and shipping details) is used solely for order processing, communication, and legal compliance.
• —Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Full card details are not stored by Luft Art.
• —Personal data is retained only for the period required by law.
• —Under GDPR, individuals have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their data where legally permissible.
